New Sibleius 7
Sorry for no posts recently. Been busy. Anyway, Sibelius has released new version of its program: Sibelius 7. It has a Microsoft Office 2010 feel in it, Purple theme. In general, a better interface. You should check it out!

Battle of the Bands auditions
Had Battle of the Band auditions yesterday. Totally stuffed up. Oh well, we tried.
As for better news, my arm has healed and got the cast off! :) But my arm is still fractured, and I can't do sport for another 6 weeks. :(

Arm broken!
Uhhhh.... My arm broke :( so I'll be out for 6 weeks on the piano, but don't panic! I'm still uploading stuff so keep updated!
By the way, NAPLAN finished woooooooo! (For those of you in AUS and know what NAPLAN is) :P

Habits of good pianists
Being a pianist, there are good habits and bad habits. We want to know the good habits, right?
1. If hands are getting sore, relax yourself, or take a brief rest.
2. ALWAYS have a pencil, and a rubber by your side for taking down notes.
3. Everytime you learn something, take notes, or write it down. This is a very important habit.
4. Good posture is good for your... posture. But also good for everyday things.
5. Concentrate. If you're not very "concentrating" today, have a rest. Then practice.
If you know anymore good tips or bade tips, please, please, PLEASE, let me know. =]

Patience is everything!
Learning music is a bummer, and I know that!
But, there is know way out. You need patience. With patience, anything (almost) is achievable. How long do you think those famous pianists take to practice for there concerts?
